Kathmandu to Bhandar:Start by taking a bus or private vehicle from Kathmaandu to a town called Bhandar.
Bhandar to Chichila: From Bhandar, you'll continue your journey towards Chichila.
Arriving at Chichila: Chichila is a small settlement located at an altitude of around 1,980 meters (6,496 feet) above sea level. It's a common stop for trekkers before they begin their trek towards higher altitudes.
Chichila to Kharikhola: Begin your trek from Chichila and head towards Kharikhola. This part of the trail usually involves walking through forests, suspension bridges. Kharikhola is a small village that's often used as a resting point for trekkers.
Kharikhola to Puiyan: From Kharikhola, the trail continues to Puiyan. Puiyan is also a beautiful villages which is also the resting point for travellers.
Puiyan to Paiya (Chutok): The trek continues to Paiya, also known as Chutok. The trail might take you through forests and terraced fields, and you'll encounter more beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
Paiya to Panggom: From Paiya, the trail leads to Panggom. This part of the trek can be physically demanding as you ascend to higher altitudes.
Panggom to Num: Finally, the trail from Panggom will take you to Num. This section might involve both uphill and downhill stretches. Num is a small village situated at an elevation of around 1,560 meters (5,118 feet) and serves as a stopping point for trekkers.
Num to Nawa: Start the trek from Num. Passing through the lanscapes, suspension bridges and scenic villages.
Nawa to Seduwa: After arriving to nawa start the journey to Seduwa. Seduwa is a village located at an altitude of around 1,540 meters (5,052 feet), and it's a common rest stop for trekkers on their way to higher altitudes.
Seduwa To Bung: Begin your trek from Seduwa to Bung. Pass through the amazing landscapes of the terrain.
Bung to Guphapokhari: From bung continue towards Guphapokhari.Enojy the views of hills and valleys.
Guphapokhari to Toshi Gaon: The final leg of the journey takes you from Guphapokhari to Tashi Gaon. This part of the trail might involve ascending to higher elevations. Tashi Gaon is a village located at an altitude of around 2,100 meters (6,890 feet).
Tashi Gaon to Kauma: Begin your trek from Tashi Gaon and head towards Kauma. The route may offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills and landscapes.
Kauma to Mumbuk: Continue from Kauma to Mumbuk. The trail might take you through alpine vegetation and rhododendron forests. Mumbuk is a village where you can find basic accommodations and take a rest.
Mumbuk to Khongma Danda: The final leg of the journey leads from Mumbuk to Khongma Danda. Khongma Danda is a ridge located at an altitude of around 3,500 meters (11,483 feet).
It involves taking a day off from active trekking to allow your body to adjust and adapt to the reduced oxygen levels at higher elevations. Acclimatization days help prevent altitude sickness and improve your chances of successfully completing your trek while staying safe and healthy.
